watch week

josephine just finished up a semester of a creative ballet class taught at a local studio.  to celebrate the last week of class, the studio has “watch week,” where parents and any other adult who might possibly care enough about a child to watch him/her frolic around a dance floor for an hour, can come watch the last session. josephine was thrilled that both ned and i could come and we were thrilled to watch her frolic.

although she loved dance class, she has decided she wants to switch to gymnastics instead. but she only wants to have class with a certain coach, a coach who doesn’t teach any classes on the day we’re able to take a class. so we’re working through that and having discussions about making commitments and flexibility and trying new things etc etc etc.

    oh, watch week. i must admit, i miss ballet. and, your photos of your amazing girl make me realize that my camera is full of images from before december, and i have yet to post any of them anywhere. is this what life with twins will be like?!
